Hope & Glory: Founder and Managing Partner

Jo is a co-founder and managing partner at Hope&Glory, one of the UK’s top Independent consumer PR shops. She started the agency with James Gordon-MacIntosh at the end of 2011 having previously worked with him at Omnicom-owned Seventy Seven PR, where she was also a managing partner. The agency specialises in coming up with creative ideas that get people talking and it works with a range of disruptive and innovator brands including Uber, Uber Eats, Airbnb and IKEA, as well as more established brands looking to build greater emotional warmth with audiences.  In the eight short years since Hope&Glory’s inception the agency is humbly honoured to have won almost 200 different awards, recognising the quality and creativity of work delivered for clients.

Jo has over twenty five years’ PR experience, including a long stint at UK consumer agency QBO before it was acquired by Chime Communications in 2001.

She started her PR career in Hong Kong before moving to London in the late nineties and has spent her entire career working agency side. Jo still gets a kick out of making sure her clients are happy and ensuring the team are delivering their very best work. Currently she works with clients including IKEA, Airbnb, O2, LinkedIn and Barclays.
