Continuing the theme ‘Living Your Values, Building Your Values’, the third panel will look at one of the biggest challenges continuing to face our sector - how to demonstrate value and ROI to clients for the investment which they make in our agencies.

This global panel will discuss the latest trends on the subject, and how the growing range of systems and technology available to agencies along with the growing importance of automation, artificial intelligence and attribution may get PR closer to true value and ROI measurement. In addition, they will discuss the slow but certain death of AVE’s and the growing importance of measuring reputation and influence as well as some of the cultural barriers among PR practitioners which are preventing the sector truly embracing effective measurement.
